Bob Scott passed away in 2022. We are all forever grateful for the opportunity Bob left for all of us at Scott’s Auto Center. Larry & Dalan will march forward to expand on the Legacy of Bob Scott.

Scott's Auto Center, Inc is a locally owned & operated used car dealership that was established in 2002 at 152 Market St, Potsdam NY with our service and detail center located at 142 Market St..
Our history started with Bob Scott who owned the Ford dealership for 40 years. He then sold the Ford franchise and moved across the street to open a Used Car lot in 2002.
Larry Martin joined with Bob Scott in 2003. Larry came with experience in the auto business since 1993. Larry has since taken over the reigns at Scott's Auto Center. Bob Scott has been enjoying retirement yet, Bob still frequents the dealership. Bob and Larry continue their friendship over lunches during the warm months.
Dalan McHenry became a member of Scott’s Auto Center in 2016. Dalan came from a law enforcement background. Larry & Dalan have close Family ties. Larry continues to educate and coach Dalan using his 30+ years of expertise in the auto business.
We have acquired a reputation for selling quality pre-owned vehicles, with excellent customer service and honesty before the sale as well as after the sale in our service department.
Dealership
On our lot you will find between 30 - 40 vehicles of the highest quality, thoroughly gone through by our Full Service Department before they reach our lot for sale. You will also find each vehicle on our Sales Lot has a window sticker on it with the price, options and an estimated payment.
